Tootle’s Pumpkin Inn was given its name in the late ’60s by Bob Tootle. After many years, but just a few owners, Tootle’s landed in the hands of Ashley Tait. The bones of Tootle’s have stood strong for over 50 years and over the past decade of those years Tootle’s has grown into a small town music venue. A venue that has had many talented musicians from all over the world stand proudly on it’s stage. The Tootle’s crew & locals pride themselves on welcoming singer/songwriters to our small stage which is nestled in a town that was established as a county in 1810.

Music is our passion, along with a wall filled with unique drinks and shots, and a cooler filled with a large selection of craft beer.

“Tootle’s vibe (through the eyes of Tait) is a representation of my travels. When I travel I seek out small towns just like Circleville and once I’m in that town I am drawn to small business owners, dive bars, historical music venues, pretty much anything with character and style. After my travels, I always come home with inspiration or an odd piece of art. That is what Tootles has matured into, my story, my love for being different. The decor is just what you are welcomed with. I pride myself on the music and friendships we offer the locals, passersby, and the out-of-town workers who make Circleville their home. I feel I have created a fun, safe environment for all ages. I encourage the youth to appreciate music, and the piece of history that Tootle’s radiates. We welcome children and dogs (just simply ask before entering). Tootle’s can be rented out for birthday parties, baby showers, wedding parties, meetings, anything really if you like an off-center vibe with a fun touch of Halloween. My staff and I try to plan fun events to give back to the community. Our toys for tots event has grown into one of our greatest turnouts and we have put together many benefits to help families over the years. In the past, we have done coat drives and food drives and many other events to benefit the community.”

Tootle’s is a magical place that treats customers and musicians like family. We take great pride in the musicians who come through our small town and have graced the Tootle’s stage, many of which have grown to play much larger venues, music festivals and tour the world.
